Building on the MHFA England First Aid and Champion courses, these workshops explore opportunities for the Line Manager to impact positively on the mental health of teams, through the processes of recruitment, induction, supervision, coaching and mentoring, performance management, discipline, grievance and consultation for redundancy.
They also consider the Line Manager’s own mental health and strategies available for self-care generally and particularly when dealing with stressful situations.
